About us
BMC was founded
in the fall of
2005 by Dave
Biller. Mr.
Biller has over
20 years in the
maintenance and
construction
industry. He
served six years
in the Air Force
Civil
Engineering;
worked various
maintenance
trades positions
as a civilian;
managed a
maintenance
program for the
USDA. and was a
trades
instructor. In
addition to
experience,
Mr.Biller has a
BS in Workforce
Education and
Development from
Penn State
University and
has graduated
from a diverse
group of trades
apprentiship
program.

community by offering
outstanding customer service
and programs to
recruit, train and retain
employees.

We support the
community by providing
maintenance and construction
services to customers in
central Pennsylvania. In
addition, we serve as an
avenue of employment and
training for citizens around
the area.

trades areas. The projects
we complete are as small as
handyman type repairs to
renovations and additions.
